Seductive Lips is a safe procedure that adds color and defines contour in your lips. This technique is great for those who wants their lips coloured all day long without using lipstick.

Eczema, psoriasis.
Seborrheic Dermatitis Acne.
Pimples in the lip area.
Under accutane medication (in the past 6 months)
Prone to forming keloid scars.
Undergoing chemotherapy or taking antibiotic.
Pregnancy or nursing.
Diabetic.

DOES THIS TECHNIQUE HURT?
The discomfort is minimun. Numbing cream is applied to minimize any pain.
WHAT TO AVOID PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?
24 HOURS BEFORE:
Avoid alcoholic drinks, caffeine, and tobacco..
Avoid suntanning and tanning beds.
3 DAYS BEFORE:
If you are using Retinol discontinued 3 days prior to the appointment.
7 DAYS BEFORE:
Avoid any dryness in your lips. you must moisturize your lips as much as possible, I recommend using aquaphor.
Avoid any supplements with blood thinning effects (including: dong quai, fish oil, green tea, and vitamin E)
Avoid Aspirin, Midol, Excedrin, and NSAIDs (Advil, Motrin, Naproxen, Aleve).
Note: Tylenol is allowed to take before/after the procedure if you need it.
NOTE: IF YOU HAD EXPERIENCED COLD SORES, FEVER BLISTER OR CHICKEN POX IN THE PAST VISIT YOUR DOCTOR FOR AN ANTI-VIRAL MEDICATION TO AVOID AN OUTBREAK.
WHAT TO AVOID AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?
24 hours after:
Avoid alcoholic drinks, caffeine, and tobacco.
Avoid Aspirin, Midol, Excedrin, and NSAIDs (Advil, Motrin, Naproxen, Aleve).
48 hours after:
Avoid excessing sweating. Moderate Exercise is allowed 48 hours after.
7 days after:
Avoid Kissing.
Avoid suntanning and/or tanning bed.
30 Days after:
Avoid water pressure, pools, hut tub, beach, etc.
Avoid lipsticks
Avoid spicy, salty, and oily food
Avoid chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion, ipl, in the lip area
NOTE: “using antibiotics or hormonal therapy might cause faster fading out of pigment. when healed: Always protect your lips from the sun by using a high SPF“
HOW LONG DOES THIS TREATMENT LAST?
Seductive lips will remain in your lips for 1-3 years, however, it will fade over time and a color touch-up will be needed.
DO I NEED A TOUCH-UP?
Yes, you will need a touch-up 4 - 8 weeks after your first appointment.
Another touch-up may be needed in 12-24 months to keep the color fresh.
ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE…
It is optional to take two sublingual Arnica tablets 3 times a day for 5 days. Starting the day before the treatment, in order to treat bruising and swelling after the procedure.
NOTE: we do not recommend the Topical Arnica post treatment.
